Kimberly Hale, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with over 30 years of clinical competencies in dementia, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and neurogenic diseases with a trauma sensitive foundation. Kim received the Fellow of the Association Award from the Ohio Speech-Language and Hearing Association for state-level advocacy for funding of speech-generating devices through the Ohio Medicaid. Kim has spent the last ten years of her career providing services in a range of nature-based settings that as had significant impact on individuals with complex communication challenges. Kim enjoys spending time cooking with fresh herbs, gardening, and exploring new environments for nature-based services in the rolling hills of southeast Ohio and the shores of Lake Superior or Otchipwe-kitchi-gami - the sea of the Ojibwe people.

Janessa has an associate’s degree in Social Services, Corrections, and Criminal Justice (SSCCJ) with a focus on group work and case management and is finalizing her bachelor’s degree in social work. Janessa has over 10 (14) years of experience with equine and nature based services. Janessa Bartlett is our PATH International Trained Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning. Janessa is also a Trauma focused Qualified Mental Health Specialist. Janessa enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors.

Stephanie Roose is a marketing maven, with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Humanities she went on to work in print, digital, and radio sales. She switched sides of the table to marketing and became the Marketing and Public Relations Director f
Stephanie Roose is a marketing maven, with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Humanities she went on to work in print, digital, and radio sales. She switched sides of the table to marketing and became the Marketing and Public Relations Director for a nonprofit arts organization. After relocating first to Colorado, then back home to Michigan, Stephanie continues to work in marketing, sales, social media, communications, and consulting. She excels at strategic planning, building and maintaining relationships, and creating a productive and positive environment. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys reading, video games, photography, and adventuring in the great outdoors.
